Roger Killelea Jr.: Roger Jr. started the business in 1968 as a mason contractor and his expertise grew from there. He built new homes and renovated existing starting in the late 70’s in addition to his successful work in masonry. Major projects include: Developing a substantial portion of the Pheasant Hill neighborhood in Norfolk, MA; Elevator shafts and other major masonry projects for the towns of Milton and Norwell; A multitude of repairs and renovations for several property management firms throughout the state.

Roger Killelea III: Although he is also a talented mason, Roger III has become a master carpenter as well. His expertise is in framing, siding, door and window installation, bathroom and kitchen remodeling and much more. Some of his major projects include: replacement of all balconies and siding on Dean St, Brookline condominiums, Replacement of all vertical siding in Arboretum Condo Complex in Peabody, MA and supervision of several hundred thousand dollars worth of renovations to the St. Mary’s Women and Children Center in Dorchester MA.

Patrick Killelea: In addition to his expertise in the field, Patrick holds a BS in Business Management, which qualifies him to handle the day to day running of the business. He handles all of the marketing, estimating, sales and serves as point of contact on many projects. His eye for detail has made him the project lead for many high-end clients. He is constantly keeping himself and the company updated in the latest in building technology through training and seminars. He is currently working towards a certification in Building Science Technology.

All three company principals are licensed General Contractors as well as registered Home Improvement Contractors.
